Sales Tax applies only to orders placed in Connecticut. PayPal powers our online store but you are not limited to only using PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards. We also accept check and money order, to order through the mail please contact us to get an order form.
When you complete the checkout process and your order is complete, we begin processing your order. Most orders ship out the next day but occasionally an order may take a day or two longer to process before shipping.
If you need to change your shipping address or size please contact us immediately so we can make the proper changes to your order and get the correct items to you. |

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY |
Hustle Lax offers full refunds, including shipping costs, on any order that is due to our error. This includes shipping the wrong item, wrong size, or damaged.
Exchanges are allowed within the first 10 days from which the shipment is received. The return shipment cost is covered by the customer and Hustle Lax will cover the cost of shipping back to you. Items looking to be exchanged must still be in original packaging and must have a copy of the packing slip. Hustle Lax ships to all 50 states as well as internationally. In the United States we use the United States Postal Service, these orders take approximately 5 to 10 days from the day they are shipped. Shipping prices are based on weight.
UPS powers our international shipping. Our international shipping prices are also based on weight. |
